What reborn dolls cost in Britain, what delivery and returns should look like, and how to tell a real nursery from a copied listing.
Buying a reborn baby is mostly a question of trust: you are judging hours of handwork from photographs. Here is what to look for, and what UK law already gives you.

What good delivery looks like

Your rights when buying online
Buying from a UK shop online, you can cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and you have the Consumer Rights Act 2015 behind you if a baby arrives faulty or not as described. A seller who refuses returns outright is not offering you a favour they are entitled to withhold.
How to tell a real nursery from a copied listing
- The photographs. A real nursery photographs the actual baby, in ordinary light, from several angles. Identical, glossy, studio-perfect images reused across many listings are a warning sign.
- The detail. Length, weight, body type and hair type should all be stated. Vagueness is a choice.
- Reviews with photographs. Customers' own photos are hard to fake — ours are here.
- A traceable business. A UK company name, number and address, and a way to speak to a person before you buy.
- Payment. Pay in a way that protects you, and be wary of a seller who insists on a bank transfer to a personal account.
